This Privacy Policy explains how the Answers Inside Uploader uses information when the channel owner authorizes the tool to access YouTube through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API.
What the uploader accesses
The uploader accesses only the Google/YouTube permissions granted during OAuth authorization. Depending on the authorized publishing task, this may include the ability to upload videos and related publishing information such as titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, privacy settings, and channel/video metadata needed to confirm the correct channel and upload status.
How the information is used
Google and YouTube data is used only to operate the Answers Inside publishing workflow requested by the authorized account owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Storage
OAuth authorization credentials used by the uploader are stored locally for the account owner's publishing workflow. The uploader is not designed as a public multi-user service and does not maintain a separate public user database.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be transmitted to Google and YouTube as necessary to perform authorized YouTube API operations.
Revoking access and deletion
The Google account owner may revoke the uploader's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. When authorization is revoked or the uploader is retired, stored authorization credentials should be deleted from the local publishing system.
Google API Services
The Answers Inside Uploader's use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable YouTube API Services Terms and Developer Policies.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the uploader's functionality or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
